Only issue I encountered was after the fact with my total loss letter - there was no mention of what happened to the number plates of the car (the car was towed with the plates). This caused a minor issue when I went to Service SA to submit my letter of total loss and cancel the registration. I would recommend the letter template be adjusted to include what has happened to the plates.

I was very satisfied overall but disappointed with waiting time on calls, usually about 45 minutes. And I had to make a lot of calls eg car was left for 4 days in a 2 hour park (worrying but luckily I only got one ticket, for $63 which I paid).
