So not close it As I was told you would Reimburse me for Uber home Deomseippi g Off and picking U my Car. I contacted You and asked If I submit the first one alone or wait till I have the pick up receipt as well and I do t believe I have been Contacted Back I was very disappointed that I had to lay *** tas I asked how I would pay and they said by card on the pick U day once I was happy With the work Done. I paid the receipt showed the surchaarge and at the bottom their direct bank details for depot. I wa never told this as my bank informed me they should have offered more than one way t oay

Allianz were amazing at supporting us through the whole claim process. I recommend better communication between Allianz and the hire car company, Avis, as Avis were able to meet our need but it wasn't communicated to them properly by Allianz staff. However, we were able to sort things out and had a hire care while ours was being fixed. Allianz made a difficult situation bearable. Thank you.
The process for the claim was very easy and pleasant and the work carried out was excellent.
Quick and easy final claim outcome, took a bit to get there as Allianz direct claims to OBriens window repair however this was resolved through BMW, mainly due to a lack of BMW calibration process requirements.
