Car was good but not comfortable with the self adjust steering especially when roads have major ** holes and cracks to damage tyres.

Only difficulty I had was contacting East Coast from Adelaide airport to arrange pick up as had still to arrange a local SIM card. E mail would have been more convenient.
Otherwise the hiring process, cost and vehicle couldn’t be faulted

2nd time using East Coast rentals, the airport shuttle is easy & the pickup/drop off process smooth. Whilst we were there we observed a couple of difficult customers who were handled professionally & fairly.
