We have been extremely happy with our experience with our car hire from Eastcoast rentals from start to finish, despite having a damage event. Shuttle bus pick up from Perrh Airport was fast, efficient and friendly o botg pickup and return to Airport ( thanks David!)
Car pickup was also a fast and efficient service and Jasmine at the Perth Depot could not have been more helpful or friendly, very kindly upgrading us to a bigger car. We were extremely happy with the car we were given, but unfortunately we had a major stonechip to the windscreen which spread quickly to a large crack. Luckily we had taken out all insurance options so were fully covered, and once again on return Jasmine dealt with the damage report with minimal fuss and gave us all info to make the claim. I would highly recommend East Coast rentals and it would be my go to option for my next rental. And a very special mention to Jasmine for all the help!

Great services overall, timely & responsive shuttle service and pick up service. All staffs are well trained and giving good suggestions to the vehicle.

Friendly and efficient staff

During our trip to Brisbane/Gold Coast/*** *** the rental car broke down, initially trying to get an appropriate plan to get the situation rectified was difficult given the many different staff who answered the phone when calling through, and I was given advice, I was even given the number of a mechanic to call myself, and when not knowing the country or how systems work I didn't think it was my role to call roadside assistance. However, once the magnitude of the situation was realized by a manager, she took the lead and proved incredible service, amazing communication and a resolution of a replacement vehicle within hours. I am very grateful for her swift and prompt action, I am very sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was brilliant. She restored my ** in good people, she made me feel important and I was a priority for her. Please can you thank her for me, she may not recall the matter, but it was a lite blue MG *** which broke down in *** *** and she sent a white Honda *** as a replacement on a Friday night, so we could drive to Brisbane the next morning for our flight home. Thank you for the service and I will be using your company again.

I used east coast rental in Darwin last year and I’m using them again!! east coast car rentals are the o my car rental company I will use. The customer service is AMAZING! and I can be hard to impress. I had Jasmine from the kewdale office and her service was impeccable. She made me feel like I was a friend returning and went above and beyond. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience picking up the car.

We had two cars while staying in Brisbane and both were clean, well appointed and easy to drive. Our only complaint is about the airport shuttle driver who approached my partner, was over friendly and gave her an unwanted hug while she was waiting outside for me to complete paperwork inside the office. We mentioned this at the time to the officer who handed us the keys. The shuttle drivers advances were unwanted and inappropriate. Some of them clearly require extra training in appropriate customer service and relations.
