We were greeted at the airport and taken to ECCR immediately. The process was very quick and simple upon arriving at the office and before we knew it we were gone. We were provided with a pretty much new car, which was clean, comfortable and reliable. We could not fault the process, nor the staff who assisted us. Everyone was polite and explained all that we needed to know. 10/10 would recommend and will return in the future!
