Gretting staff and returning the car was easy as the shuttle to the airport, overall a very pleasant experience,

It is great that the returning car after hours at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne is available. Anyway, the instruction how to leave the key was not clear at all. We spent approx.30 min to find the key box and it was not success. So, we need to come back to the office in the next day to return a key. The rest of the service was great.
