Excelent service

Compared to recent care hire experiences at Melbourne elsewhere, Staff were human and pleasant, car was as requested, ready waiting , clean and in excellent condition, rates were reasonable, 10/10. Unfortunately i overlooked the location wasnt actually at the Terminal which made the early morning return a bit tricky but managed this ok.

I had a wonderful experience with East Coast car rentals. Shuttle was quick to arrive to take us to the car rental depot. Processing was quick and I was in my car and on my way! Friendly service, efficient processing, Great value for Money , look forward to next time. Highly recommend.

Very easy and pleasant experience. The shuttle drivers to and from the rental location were very professional, polite and helpful.

I’ve been using east coast for a little over 12 months now and they are fantastic. From the shuttle drivers ( especially Balvinder and Kathy ) to the service in the office. My car is always ready thanks to Hayley ( plus another one of the young ladies but I’m unsure of her name sorry ).

I think the staff did great and the service was good as well. Everything was prompt.

Just wanted to feedback that the vehicle condition was not good. Could be a poor engine mounting or something. When it was running at 80-90km/h there was alot of vibration.

Would be good if you can ensure a good servicing of the vehicle.
