Office at Grand Hyatt was small but comfortable and process is fast! My only feedback, when I receive the car, the water tank for the windshield wiper was totally empty. I was trying to use it to clear visibility of front windscreen but none came out. I had to fill it myself when I arrived at my destination.

Secondly, I suspect that the tyre has a nail on it when I was driving the car out from Grand Hyatt with the windows down back to my apartment at Docklands. There's a sound clicking repeatedly as the vehicle is moving. I inspect the tyre and did not see it flat. looks like it's ok. On the last day, the tyre went flat with the indicators flashing from the dashboard. Thus, I hope your team should better look into all these before delivering the car to your customer. Overall my experience was Good.

FYI, the next day, I encountered an emergency and had to rent a car again. Went to Sixt at Melbourne T3, the condition of car was all good and had no similar issues.
