The process was very easy to hire a car. The rates were very fair and were a lot cheaper than other companies. The service to be driven back to the airport in our rental was great so we didn’t have to swap all our luggage around

As always East Coast Car Rentals again provided a first class experience from their hassle free on line booking process, airport pick up, and return, providing a well prepared and presented vehicle. The friendly casual staff clearly explained all aspects as we completed paperwork and received copies of forms. Overall a great experience. Thanks to all staff.

The bonnet was closed properly, so warning lights came on. I stopped and closed it.

Regarding the email re Road Tolls. I suggest you remove the word "infringement" - it makes you stressed before you open the email.

On time pick up and delivery back to you. Quick shuttle back to the airport and our driver was excellent!

I left my jacket in the airport shuttle, and they made a special trip back to the airport without any passengers to drop it off to me. That’s excellent service.

I rented for 33 days: I thought the per day charge could have been reduced to say A$40.00 per day. When I collected the car I was informed there would be a A$1,00 bond freeze applied to my nominated credit card. This was not advised at time of booking and it should have been.

Staff were very helpful, very courteous and did their best. However, I feel that your business model is highly process-centric and fails dismally in the customer-centric stakes, especially when compared to the companies that I normally use. I'm an older bloke and I found your process quite alienating and I would have cancelled my booking if not for the high level of service provided by your staff.

Our company only use East Coast as each time we have booked with you, the service, your friendly staff and the state of your cars are and have always been impeccable. I also book with you for personal use recently in Sydney and I have booked a car in June for our Tasmania holiday. Keep up the great work, I keep telling everyone how great your service is.
